Registration Fee

EcoDesign 2003 offers special price for both members and non-members who register before or on November 7.

* The member should be a member of an organization joins the Union of EcoDesigners or Co-sponsors, IEEE and Care Electronics members.
** The registration fee includes an extended abstract, a proceeding (CD-ROM version) and an evening event during the EcoDesign 2003.
*** Students must submit a copy of student ID or student registration certificate issued by your organization along with the Registration Form.

HOW TO REGISTER
Please confirm the payment method and the cancellation policy in advance. For the confernece participants, we prepare some hotels. Please click here for the hotel information.

Download the Registration Form and fill in your information. Then send it together with the payment to Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd. (KNT), the official travel agency for the Conference.


PAYMENT
Payment of registration fee and the hotel deposit should be made only in Japanese Yen by one of the following methods.
1) Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, or JCB only.)
Please fill in the necessary items with your signature in the credit card section of the registration form.

2) Bank transfer to: Bank: Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp. Chuo Branch Account No: 1855046 Account Name: Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd * Please attach a copy of bank receipt to your registration form.

CONFIRMATION
KNT will send you a confirmation slip after application deadline, November 7, 2003, informing the completed pre-registration, and hotel reservation along with the name of your hotel and necessary information. Please be sure to bring the confirmation slip when you register at the conference venue and when you check-in at your hotel.

CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation, a written notification should be sent directly to KNT to avoid any trouble. The cancellation charges are:

REFUND
Refund will be made during or after the conference period, after deducting bank and/or credit card service charges and the cancellation penalties. If payment was made by credit card, refund will be made to the same credit card, and if by bank transfer, please inform us of your bank account. Communication fee is not refundable.
