[For E-book paper authors]

E-book paper authors are those who submitted their full papers before (in June) and received the notification of acceptance of the paper (in August).
The authors are required to complete the following procedures and submissions by September 6.

  1. Registration and Payment (Registration page)
  2. Submission of 3 files per paper
    1. Final paper (MS-Word file)
Please upload your final paper in EcoDesign 2019 format as an MS-Word file. This file will be included in the USB proceedings to be delivered to symposium participants. Also, it will be used for the e-book published by Springer. Before your submission, please make sure that your paper should conform to the provided format, where you should embed all fonts in figures and NOT use Asian fonts.
    2. Paper revisions/rebuttals (pdf file) (Free format)
Please upload description of paper revisions/rebuttals made in response to reviewer comments as PDF document. If your paper is accepted as is, there is no need to upload this file.
    3. Consent to Publish form (pdf file)
Please upload Consent to Publish form for Springer. The file will be sent to Springer. The form is sent to the corresponding authors by e-mail. Please fill the corresponding parts, convert the file to a pdf file, and sign it, scan it, and upload it.
